CARA Curling

Congratulations to our curling teams on a great showing at CARA last week in Stettler. They played some great games. A huge thank you to Ms. Paula and all the parent volunteers who have helped out this curling season. We are also very grateful to the Brownfield Rec Board for access to the ice and for taking such care in getting it ready for us! 

Basketball Season is Rolling! 

Our Girls' Basketball team is off to a great start this season. They are 3 and 1 in league games and won the Coronation Tournament and the consolation side of the GWS tournament. This weekend, they are off to Consort for a tournament. Keep up the great work, girls!

Deep Freeze! 

It has been a rather chilly few weeks in the province! Buses have been cancelled several times in the past few weeks due to the extreme weather. I try to remind myself that the deep cold is why our spiders are tiny and snakes sparse in Alberta! Thank you, families and staff, for being flexible during these times.
